The Shriners use those in parades basically as advertisement. I'm sure organizations aside from them use them too I'm sure. For those that wonder wtf I'm talking about, the Shriners operate hospitals to treat children who's parents can't afford insurance or medical bills. Yes, mini cars are goofy, but the kids love them.
