im a little stumped. The firewall in my 74 duster has no holes for blower, windshield wiper motor or heater hose. Maybe a new firewall? I find it hard to believe that some one filled in all the holes.
 
Filling the holes is actually a fairly common practice, so I wouldn't be too surprised if that were the case.
 
Alot of people do it. Makes the engine compartment alot cleaner. I had my heater/a.c. deleted in my duster

It's obviously been modified from stock.
Have look under the dash to see what kind of work was done and the quality.
Usually people won't go to the trouble of making the inside as nice as the outside..........

Good idea, I’ll do that
 
If I may ask,since it is already done, why does it matter?
 
They went to all that work to make the firewall look good but couldn't be bothered to put on a set of valve covers, or a carb...some people

I would be more worried in WTF do they have the oil pressure gauge hooked to a pressure isolater.
 
Looks like you have a mess to fix.
 
I see now, on my little phone, it looked like it bulged outward, not inward.
