I posted a thread a while back about how expensive paint guns had gotten. I have a DeVilbiss SRI Pro touch up gun that was not working very well after 10 years of use. It used to spray an amazing pattern. I called DeVilbiss to ask about a rebuild. They do not not, but they highly recommended a guy in Georgia who they use. That was good enough for me. I contacted him, we had a nice chat, and I sent my gun to him. For only $145, he cleaned and rebuilt it to like new. He said that when people sending good guns, they usually just need a good deep cleaning. He has the sonic cleaning tanks and the right chemicals to do a very thorough job cleaning the gun inside and out.I would highly recommend the service. I know that a lot of you are going to think that $145 is a lot of money to rebuild a paint gun. But it is not. The new version of my gun costs $700. If you have a paint gun that is not working well, consider contacting him. I asked his permission before posting his information. I get nothing out of this, when I find a company with service this good, I want to share it.
