I have Doug's electric cut outs

They have a knife blade design and seal excellent
 
i have heard that they ware out really fast and for how expensive they are i wouldn't bother...

also unless ur building a all out race car its not worth it...

Race car, just run OPEN HEADERS

Actually my wife wnated them so we could open them when going in to car shows and cruise in. they have been opened and closed a lot in the 5 years they have been on the car. Work just as good now as the day installed.

I would not buy the butterfly design, they are cheaper, but the Dougs seal like they are not there.
 
I have them. I run a set of quick time performance cutouts. I love them, and got a smoking deal on them from a member.
 
QTP's haven't had any problems. 7 second window if you see a cop.

Have them on my Dart, Great for getting attention when pulling into cruise ins or
shows. Do not see them helping overall performance. Im running the QTP's no problems in 2 yrs.

I run Quick Time Performance electric cut outs also. I'm very pleased with them. :thumbup:
