Exhaust Manifold Hardware Help Needed

My project is a 71 Dart that I am installing a 340 into. The donor engine was partially disassembled when I acquired the car and had been removed from the car. I am nearly finished with engine reassembly and I acquired an engine master kit of hardware from AMK Products. The hardware is a very good quality, but it does not contain any direction on where the various fasteners are supposed to be installed. The service manual does not provide much direction either on where these fasteners go onto stock exhaust manifolds. Can someone please either tell me the location each of these fasteners go or provide a photo of some that has been installed? I have numbered what I have to help identify the different types. Thanks in advance!

Pretty sure this is correct, but I would add cup washers to the two center bolts on each side. Most hardware kits come with enough to do that.

The very forward and aft bolts/studs of the exhaust go into water. Use thread sealer
