So after reading up I found that the stock LX 5.7 manifolds won't necessarily clear the engine bay without modification. Since I'm not experienced with frame modification and plan to put headers on eventually, I'd rather not deal with cutting anything up. That being said, would anyone be interested in trading a set of 5.7 Jeep GC manifolds for my LX ones (or at least just the passenger side)? I know I can get them at the dealer, but I figured I'd try to get rid of the ones I had so I didn't have any extra set laying around.
 
You know, I'm not sure. I've heard some talk of short headers, but never seen much come of it. I know some people use the Jeep SRT 8 headers because they're basically shorties, but I plan to put on full length TTI's eventually. Figured I could get the car running on stock manifolds and save up for the headers later. Not to mention those look like 6.1 headers, which would still work fine, but I've got the 5.7 ports.
