My rebuilt 1965 slant 6 should be coming this week. The 1968 slant 6 will be coming out of the car. The 1968 engine runs. Could anyone use the engine? Since the 65 engine was honed out I can't use "extra" parts. I have the 68 transmission as well. The trans was rebuilt also.
 
Good luck with your car. I have a 71 Valiant I am trying to get back on the road. I can use a spare 1bbl carter carb if you have one. Thank you.
 
Depends on the price for me but I'm looking for a solid running 225.
 
This engine ran fine. I had the original engine rebuilt. I have the mechanics name and number if necessary.
 
is it complete?? leaks?? I'm interested because my slant is no longer rebuildable and my duster is engine-less
