Facebook Issues with screen scrolling, anyone have a solution?

I use facebook on my Windows 11 home computer.
On my computer now I have a problem with the threads scrolling without stopping.
You can see the titles for just a second then it scrolls to the next and it repeats.
After a while it will stop and you can move down manually and view the threads.
And after a while it starts again.
Has anyone seen this, and, is there a FIX?

I've had the screen scroll up or down on my phone but it stops on its own. It's a pain in the butt and I have no idea why or how to fix it

Didn't do it till about a week ago. Enough to make me get off that thing.

I've had the problem longer than that, thing is that it doesn't happen all of the time.

Probably the Microsoft Internet Explorer/Edge browser.

Can download Firefox browser from Mozilla.com

Yeah mine is constantly hunting. It seems a lil better if I hit F11 and maximize the screen. I have to semi-constantly scroll back and forth
Firefox is my default browser.
