Factory 904 Markings or Something Else?

Cleaning up the 904 Torqueflite from my '65 Formula "S" today. Don't know if it is the original factory installed transmission or not. My question is regarding some writing on the tailshaft in red letters. Can anyone interpret what it says/means? (last foto is upside down) Thank you.

Looks like it says "mopar"
 
Bone yard stamp? That's kinda artistic :)
Yeah, looks like "Mopar" and maybe a junkyard quick ID but they usually use a white or yellow paint pen.
Or is it a bored assembly line worker? I used to scratch things on newly made steel when I worked in a steel mill when I was a kid.
Hmmm...may never know for sure.
