So was the rear pieces on the sides in the hatch area carpeted or painted?? I have seen both? I figured maybe the deluxe interior was carpet while the standard was painted.Any help?

Good question......mine came with the "vinyl pattern" covered metal

I opted to carpet them to cover up the ugly on the panels.

never mind the fingerprints on the paint......all gone now

Ok thanks! I been wandering this for a long time. Mine came with the car but was all flakey and rusty and had traces of carpet. didnt know if somebody glued it on them selves or what lol. thanks for the pic too! These FB's have alot of stuff to them in the rear! Now I ordered carpet set the other day, will it include enought carper for thes panels? Thanks again buddy!

67's were not carpeted, 68 & 69 were.
