Fender tag decode help with top 2 lines

The bottom line codes are easily decoded but I can't find any source that covers the top 2 lines.
Here is my fender tag. 1964 Dart GT V8
VIN shows a plant number of 5 which is Los Angeles.

(Just an example..) CD3 would be one color for the base body, another for the roof line.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that.

What is the 4th digit of the VIN need it for the assembly plant because the codes can vary.

It is Los Angeles plant.

I have no information on the LA plant but let me sort thru some of the other plants and see if any of the other codes line up. Does this car by chance have AC?

I was hoping that Chrysler Historical could find my IBM build card but they just responded that they could not find the card for my VIN number.

I have struck out on both fender tag and build card fronts.
Onward with just working on car!
