After years of owning the slant six, i am finally going to drop my 360 in sometime this summer. i need a few more things yet, a rear end swap, oil pan and exhaust manifolds. but i have enough for a nicely warmed up 360. Just in time too. My best friend just purchased a 1979 350 camaro and has very similar engine mods. both should run about 230-250hp and 320-350tq. he will be getting headers and i wont until i can afford tti's, however i think his downfall will be his 2.4X rear gears. when i do the rear end swap i think i am going to look for a 3.5-3.8 sure grip. Wish me luck when judgement day comes guys! :thumbup:
