After 10 years of slow progress I feel like I made a giant leap forward in the last few months. I can't take all the credit for the below, some items were just beyond my skill set and I found a local shop that helped tackle some of it (Thanks Ideal Performance!). I also thank my wife for her patience and approval of budget.
This round of upgrades:
Cold Air Intake
Black Grill (paint was in bad shape before)
Sandblasted and repainted various components under the hood
Removal of the old ignition system that was leaking everywhere (I had previously bypassed it with the MSD, but it was still hanging there making a mess)
Rewired ~80% of the car
New Plugs
Fixed a oil leaks on the valve covers and leak on the transmission (NO MORE LEAKS!)
Installed a kick down on the transmission
Installed a front sway bar
New hoses on the radiator and new overflow system
Redesigned the PCV and heater hoses
Went back to the 3.23 gears (been spending more time on the HW)
Less aggressive flow-master exhaust (now I can start it at night without waking up my 3 yr old twins, and it is a little less silly if I end up in traffic)
New shoes for the rear breaks
I am now working on taking a clay bar to the car and going to get it a good coat of wax before heading out for Power Tour.
