So here we have my 66 valiant/dart 2dr post
came stock with a slant 6 and a 3spd standard
drums front and back
single exhaust
13inch tires and rims
9"drums in the rear

So far all i have been able to do is install:
-1973 11"disks on the front (LBB)
-1973 8.25 rear with 10"drums (LBB)
-A set of 16x7 on 5x4.5 american racing HOPSTER with a set of 255/60R16 ultra HP4 directional radials
-june 24th i ill black out the hood
-tint gets installed on july 7th
-1974 360 gets installed in the winter.(or hopefully sooner)
-custom dual 3" exhaust will follow 360
-clean up of bodywork(replace rotten trunk lid)
-paint.(no idea what colour)(im thinking a blue, dark green, or white again) the car was originally a lighter green.. like sea foam or something gay.=)

Thanks for looking.

you should paint the color of 69signets car or gunmetal grey (1971 color i think?)

Looks great!!! I'm not a lover of Valiants but Canadian ones are Eh-OK!!!

Jim.. lives not t far from me.. 68signetv8 and im thinking maybe close to his colour.. electronic blue.. b5 blue or hunter green.. the gun metal grey was a thought.. but for some reason i also like primer grey as a colour.

I didnt black out my hood today like i wanted, instead i touched up a few parts of my car with just spray white.. i think it looks stupid now but it looks better then it did with rust in random places and atleast its uniform now..

Anyone know of any programs that i can use to change the colour of my car on my computer.. instead of something silly like paint. thanks.

wow you really made her shine :toothy7: kinda reminds me of my dart before and after stuff, keep us posted on the 360 swap, good luck with it

hey Cerwin can you take a pic of your car from behind with the wheels in view. i have a 64 and was thinking of trying to fit some 17x8s in the back, but was told its a tight fit without mini tubbing. i was thinking of just going with 17x7s to save myself some headaches. whats your backspacing. nice mods bytheway. thanks

looks like fitting anything wider then a 7inch isnt in your favor.

i took one of the space between the tire and the leaf for you. and one of the in fender clearance which there is plenty of. hope this helps you.

keep in mind before i lifted the rear another 3 inches to where it sits now, i would rub on the inner fender near the top of the tire.

Hey Cerwin, I see you figured out the photo posting! :) Looks really good dude. Is that "LL21A6" on your door post tag? I'll have to re-check mine but if I recall correctly, it's a completely different sequence than yours. Do you know what the wheelbase is on your car?
