So what do you all use for painting/coating suspension and steering bits? I need to finish spindles, lower control arms, k-member, steering box, etc. How durable is the coating you're using?

i use rustoleum spray bomb, available at orchard, ace, or walmart. i like rustoleum paint, it just takes forever to dry!!!

I like duplicolor engine enamel as well, it dries quick, but doesnt seem to be as tuff as rustoleum.

though ive never had the cash to have anything powder coated, id love to try it someday.

I used 800 F spray "caliper paint" on the hot items like drums. I used Rust Destroyer primer and Rustoleum spray paint on other parts. Their black epoxy in the tall cans seems pretty thick and tough after 3 coats. I used different colors for different parts to look nice.
