first 727

i know this has been asked before but here goes , building my first 727 with parts from turbo action trans out of floriada can someone tell me how to correctly measure the clearance in the front and rear drum packs thanks for any help

install the new clutch disc and steel dry...no trans fluid on them...

put snap ring in...measure using feeler gauge between snap ring and pressure plate on top..

if you have a wavered snap ring...measure under the area where the snap ring is against the pressure plate.....

from what i have read 45 thousand should be tight enough

will 35 thousands be lose enough for the rear clutch pack seams alittle tight to me

how many disc are in it....should be about .010-.012 per disc...minimum

the front has 5 and rear has 4
