First and reverse issues. Fluid?

So my 833 when cold shifts perfect no grinding or anything. When it gets hot it doesn't want to go into first or reverse. Could it be the fluid type? It's just 85wt rear gear fluid. Or is it just the clutch?

Probably your clutch adjustment. 1st and reverse you usally aren't moving when you shift into them. 2,3,4 gears your moving already so it is easier to get it in gear.
