Flip top fuel cap adapter

I'm trying to locate the FABO member who makes and sells the flip top fuel cap adapters. I can't find the thread and I don't know his user name. I thought it was FormulaSValiant, but the search came up empty. Anyone know?

ebay or Vans Auto. Most places are about $98. Vans is $68 for the flip top cap.

I'd like to have one on the top of each fender about 12" from the rear window corner and join the two filler tubes in the trunk so I can fuel from either side.
I'll probably never get around to doing it though.
