floor paint recomendations

I have a couple spots that are rusty in the floor and am looking for suggestions on what to paint it with. The rust is on the cabin side of the floor, the worst part is in the passenger footwell(where the beads are) and some in the drivers foot well, neither spot appears to be rusted through. My main criteria is that the paint be something that I could get locally and either brush on or spray can.

If you are going with the brush or spray can I would use Rustoleum or Valspar.

Hit it with some Ospho or similar rust neutralizer first, then Rustoleum.
