I think it is possible. I set out to run power steering with a turbo and after getting everything to fit I think there is room for a compressor above the power steering pump. Just have to route the upper rad hose and induction pipe slightly different.

I did I'm selling my whole set up but love it just going to a gen 3 hemi.

You can do anything you want. It's a matter of how much you want to spend and fabricate. There isn't much bolt on equipment for a turbo mopar.

yes many have blowers, turbos with ac on their mopars. ive had ac and a turbo a few times.
