I bought a 1979 Ramcharger out of California, and this running 1969, 340 engine was installed in it. Trying to see if it can be reunited with the car if it's out there.

You will NEVER find an 8 in a 13 digit VIN as the plant code for these cars.

Just one more reason online decoders suck.

I bet that's the same one that was in Las Vegas a bunch of years ago. It was 600 or 800 for the whole thing and a friend went to look at it and passed. I told him go buy it for me and it was already gone. Surprised Tony didn't scoop it up at the time.
