I went ahead and took pictures since they need to come off either way. Left my magnet next door so I'm stuck waiting on this one, lol.

Just confirmed I cannot get a lifter out through the heads. Test fit an old one, no-go.

can you feel the lifters compress by pushing down on the push rods? Do it somewhere away from the problem lifters first so you know what it feels like.
