Freshened up motor

Here is the engine for my 64' Dodge Dart wagon. She was dirty and needed freshened up a little, what do you think?

Here is the engine compartment. It had 40 year old undercoating everywhere so I stripped it clean and it will now be pearl like the car.

OK, what in the heck is suppose to be here? The PO had the throttle cable coming thru this hole with a hack job washer. There was nothing bolted to the three holes.

that was for the original throtle linkage

That red is really "universal red". It is close. but a little brighter. I liked the brighter tone and since the car is not a stocker, what the heck. Thanks for all the comments!

looks good....some bonehead who owned the car before me painted the whole engine black....i HATE black painted engines...must have been a Chevy guy...
