Yes they would. not sure if the grill from the 68-69 will work with the 70 fenders or the other way around.

All A body front ends 63'-66' will interchange and 67'-76' will interchange

Ok, you are right the 67'-69' barracuda front ends are the only ones that dont interchange with all of the other A bodies. ops:
