front fender supports

Hey guys. 73 dart sport. Had car apart body work paint new bumper/frame repair. Not sure what changed but I cant figure out where the one side of the fender support bolts to. I of course see the mount hole on bottom lip of fender but see no holes across from it. Could anyone please shoot a picture for me. Thanks

should go to the bumper bracket I think
