I am looking for a front speaker bracket for my 1976 Duster. I bought one on e-bay and e-mailed the company and called the company and he swore that this fit all a-bodies. Guess what. It didn't fit this one. Apparently I have a deluxe unit in it and the speaker bracket is made into the speaker. It only has one hole on each end to mount. I guess I need a bracket that has one hole on each end and converts to the traditional 4 holes to mount the new speakers. Does anyone have one of these and if so post a pic so I can see what it is.

If its like the one I pulled from a 66 Barracuda the speaker mounts to the bracket with 4 bolts and the bracket bolts under the dash with the 2 end mounts.

I have an extra one and will get a picture tomorrow if you still need one.

I just saw one on ebay under 67 cuda with hardware. The speaker bracket hangs from 2 special keyhole studs. The keyholes were stamped with the defrost vent stamping.

I just removed on from a '74 this summer . If I can find it tonight I'll send you a pic .
