Front spindle hubs?

Or whatever its called that the wheel bolts to, Are there any out there that would fit my spindles that have the 4.5" bolt pattern or am i just screwed, its my 71 dart with 10" drums?

Are you talking about to switch to disk brakes? If so you would need the disk spindles and caliper mounting brackets.
There is a kit out there from scarebird.com for $105 that converts your drum brakes to disk...you have to cut the hub out of your drums and use toyota previa rotors with chevy celebrity calipers...all in all its about 250 bucks. But only 10" rotors.

all A-body front drum brakes were small 5X4" bolt pattern, fortunately all A-body SINGLE PISTON front disk brakes are big 5X4.5" bolt pattern
