So I'm finally to the point where I need to be thinking about ordering some new wheels and tires for my car and I planned to run a set of M/T or Goodyear street slicks, but I was wondering what people were running for front tires. The car will see mostly street with maybe a few weekends of strip time a month, so I don't want to run anything too skinny, but I'm stuck with a 7 inch rim, so I was looking at something in the 195-215 size range so I don't have to worry about rubbing anything up front. I've got 195s on it right now on a 7 inch wide 14" diameter rim, but I'll be stepping up to a 15" rim with the new set.
