Front wheels

I have a 77 Aspen SE coupe (390CI)that is racing in the 1/8 mile. It turns 8.2. @ 84 MPH my goal is to get into the seven's.I want to lose some weight in it over the winter. So could anyone point me toward some cheap front wheels for the car. I would like to get something 4" wide and my wheels are 4 1/2" centers. I was thinking maybe checking out the emergency spare wheels but I would imagine someone here has already looked into this and could help me out.
All other weight saving ideas would be welcomed.

Define cheap? Jegs and Summit both have 15 x 4 wheels for about $95-100 each in the older styles like Superlite and Pro Star knockoffs.
