My bad. I spent the day getting new tires on my daily driver. I will put the wheels in the car so I can get them boxed up. Sorry.

I really hesitate to say, I really have no idea what the packaging and shipping will run. I am going to go tomorrow and see if the post office has a flat rate box that they will fit in.

Unfortunately it isn't cheap. I took them by UPS, they are boxed up in my car right now. Shipping and packaging come to $55 ish. So $130 shipped to WI. I will send them as soon as the check clears.
