Mancini racing mechanical fuel pump self regulated to 6.5 psi.

Why don't you just describe the problem? Most these "trouble" videos fall short, you can rarely see what the OP is trying to get across

The pump is self regulated to 6.5 psi. The gauge shows it pushing 7.5 psi, which is borderline for the float needles. My car runs a little rich, so I am wondering if fuel might be pushing past the needles. Or if it were, would it just be flooding all the time. Fuel stays at bottom of sight glasses. Also trying to make sure the pump is doing right.

Is this a Holley? Can you check float level with pump running / engine stopped?

I'd install a secondary regulator downstream from the pump "if only temporary" to see what's going on.
