anyone used a mr gasket regulator? this is all the local parts house carries. are they accurate or should i go with a better brand? thanks

How about a photo. Mr Gasket is a brand name, selling parts from many manufacturers. If a carburetor, you don't need accuracy, just 3-6 psi so you get enough flow without forcing open the float needle. I expect you are talking about the model with the rotary dial, with settings from 1 to 6, sold under many names. Works fine.

yup its the one with a rotary dial. havent picked it up yet was hoping for some insite first. you answered it. thanks you. ill go ahead and pick one up

My 2 cents... Get something else!!! All that Mr. Gasket stuff is Off-Shore might work parts...

But again, just My opinion of being in the Auto-Parts business for 25 years.

I have seen that style fail...it also does not appear to be very high quality and is not rebuild-able. I would get the Holley regulator.

Get the Mr Gasket POS. You gotta learn somehow.
