Fuel sending unit

Am looking for a new fuel sending unit saw this one on Van auto is this the right one look the same 5/16 line

Several conversations on here about sending units.

What year and model car?

There really aren't any repop units that match the OE, so it'll be hit and miss. Even the ones advertised will have issues with hitting the bottom of the tank or how it reads on the gauge .

1st photo advertised as fitting my 64.
2nd photo is OE

Thanks for those great photos to compare. I remembered hearing about a truck and van sender that is very close to the original car sender. I found the info in the thread you shared a link to.

Buy the A100 unit from Vans. It is not 100% accurate since it is wound linear but has the correct long arm so it is WAY closer.
