Would it be bad practice to install one on a mechanical fuel pump, before carb?
I wired a oil pressure switch before the coil, and after sitting for a day, it needs to crank for almost 15 seconds before oil pressure is satisfied and coil becomes hot.
Not sure if choking the fuel before the carb will help my delayed start problem, or cause new ones with out a return.
Some gm had returns with their mechanical pumps.
