I've got a new passenger side quarter skin for a '67-'69 Barracuda. There's a few small dings and scratches from being in and around storage for a few years, but overall in good condition. Price is $120. Pickup only. Watsontown, PA Has the cutout for the '69 style rectangular side marker.

Shipping really isn't as bad as most believe. I just had a full OE style quarter and a Barracuda grill nose panel shipped to my door yesterday. The fellow wrapped it up nicely with some Styrofoam inside for protection. It doesn't weigh anything so it was only $58 to my door in Alberta from BC. Just letting you know because I considered your panel as well but pick up is impossible for me!
