I been searching around a few websites looking to upgrade my whole suspension (rubber bushing wise). Since I know the car needs an update and would like to change anything rubber under the car as much as I possibly can.

where can I get a kit with almost everything I need? Im guessing Polyurethane is much better than rubber? would like to get everything in red. do I need to know anything before buying such a kit? Size differences, shells/no shells, ect...?

I been looking at one of these kits

thanks for the link, I checked them out and it looks like everything I need. Im guessing they would have an option of color. I would like them in red so I know that it is replaced.

This kit would likely be going to my dodge demon and it was converted to front disc brakes. In case I purchase this, I should get the kit that price for $360? not the $290 .

you need red bushings so you know they were replaced? how about that 300 dollar hit to the wallet! lol... i would do the sleeves if you plan on getting into handling. i'll probably be going b body stuff...

I use Energy Suspension - but I'm not a fan of urethane lower control arm bushings. Over time they can squeek and I don't like the additional road feel they transmit. So I use Moog rubber in those two positions.

Make sure you Get the correct kit. up until 72 the strut rod bushings are a different style. The 73 and up strut rods have a shorter flange to flange length and require a thicker two piece strut rod bushing with a sleeve . 72 and back are one piece usually but two piece are available without the sleeve.

An easy way to tell what rods you have is the 73 up have a coarse thread in the front the 72 and back are fine thread in the front.

Well thats just my personal taste. I would know that I replaced them even if they were black....maybe :D. Also when you look under the car the first thing that will pop out is all the red polyurethane under the car.

$300 what $300? just kidding, I know its expensive but I would like to replace everything that I can on the car since it needs it and the car is in my hands now. unless there is something else cheaper.

as for the sleeves, your saying that the new tie rod sleeves pictured are ok?

Oldmanmopar: I'll look into that, thanks for the heads up on the strut rod and bushings.
