Does anyone know a part number or where to get the fuse that goes on the back of the Circuit Board for the 1965 Barracuda Cluster?

No fuse but sounds like the fuel and temp regulator - a little metal canister with 3 prongs?

I've seen RTE mentioned around here a lot. I am assuming this regulator will be well worth it?

IIRC a little pricey but not bad for the peace of mind knowing it's not gonna fry your gas and temp gauges when the points style regulator goes out.
 
There is a bunch of solid state alternatives out there with a wide range in price.
I've sold over 200 solid state regulators over 5 years and not one failure or complaint. Don't get me wrong I dont care if I never sell another. Restoring the gauges pays much better. Good luck
