Gas cap/shifter mods

Has anyone put a flip style gas cap on a duster?(challenger charger early barracuda style?)
If so were any mods to the quarter involved?

I,m also consdering mounting an aftermarket shifter in a factory console(b M Quicksilver)
Or converting to a factory "SlapStick?

Any of this sound farmiliar to anyone? I'm not afraid to forge ahead on my own but no need to "re-invent the wheel" if somone has been there before me!!!

I've modified the original shifter and installed a differnt type knob.

I had to fabricate a few pieces in there but it works fine.

As for the flip top fuel door on a Duster... you would need to french in the section of quarter panel for it. If you want the fancy trim ring around it like Chargers had you'll need that quarter section. The caps are the same but the indention for that trim ring is differentfrom A-bodys
