I just seen an article on nascar.com, that Gateway is not renewing its nationwide or trucks series for next year. The track may explore the possibility to sell. Is this the end for Monster Mopar Weekend?

It really wouldnt both me to much if they did change hands. If it does shut down there has allready been talk about building another local drag strip that will be an outlaw track. They have been throwing the idea around about selling it for awhile now. Say there not making any money.

I dont think it would be a end to monster mopar weekend. I quit going to the show about 5 years ago. The promoters that put it on are all about the profit. They will find a way to keep it going.
