..what are typical amp loads for electrical temp. gauge,tach and a/f meter?
 
If you ran 'em all off one fuse, probably 5A would be oodles.
 
If air fuel gage is using a heated, (three to four wire o2 sensor) it draws about 2 amps separate from its gage. The gages draw a little more than lighting load of one bulb each excepting the temperature sending unit. Just check impedance of that sending unit, and add it in. Probably 5 amps will be enough, but you need to read the manufactures recommendations on fusing each of the gages.

What I would do is run o2 sensor, and temperature sensor from a relay, using switched power source to trigger the relay, and gages from dash lighting circuit.
