G'day fellas, i'm back on the net

I'm back on the net again after 6 months of waiting for my new house to be built......now I gotta build a new front fence as at this point in time there is none. And i'm yet to build it in underneath too, but the funds are way too low to do much at the momment.
Anyway, this is before and after.

No....that is the legally required height for when building it in underneath....2.4 metres ( 94.5") ceiling to floor....minimum.
There will be another bedroom, toilet, shower, vanity, engine/g'box/diff/carby assembly room, laundry and a work area.....all crammed into 100 square metres.

LOL.....gotta build a fence....as it turns out, we are on strike at work for 2 days.....so it's gunna be a 4 day weekend for me....so 4 days of fence and gate building....plus other niknak things to do around the house.
I even got a new TV now....64" of HD Plasma series 8.....like sittin at the pictures.
