It's been out of stock for a while. Curious myself.yeah.. i had read up on that technology years ago, didn't know drdiffs added more gears.. am curious how they hold up to bigger power? i will never make real power.. but am wondering.
You are correct sir. A little pricier than the clutch style but I wanted to give it a try.
Hopefully, it will handle 400 HP ok. Just a guesstimate of where I might be on my 340. Mainly a cruiser, but I will take it to the track just to see. Would happy enough 12.90s.yeah.. i had read up on that technology years ago, didn't know drdiffs added more gears.. am curious how they hold up to bigger power? i will never make real power.. but am wondering.

I’m using Timkens. Replaced carrier and inner and outer pinion bearings and races 2” on the carrier journals. What bearings does it take?
Thank you! Kinda surprised it has the open carrier journals and not the 1.8" trac-lok(?) ones, but I like it.I’m using Timkens. Replaced carrier and inner and outer pinion bearings and races 2” on the carrier journals.
The old set were 2.76 open. You can spec the size on the bearing journal at Dr diffs in the bearing rebuild kit, either 1.8” or 2.0”Thank you! Kinda surprised it has the open carrier journals and not the 1.8" trac-lok(?) ones, but I like it.
