going from 4.10 too 4.30

Would their be a benefit of going from 4.10 with a 28in tire to 4.30 with a 29-30in tire in the 1/4? the car is looking to be a mid to high 11second car and driven on the highway once in awhile from the track to home but no faster then 60mph

60 foot should be a smidge better as a taller tire will have a bigger footprint if they are the same width

the taller tire will negate the gear change...but the tall tire will give a bigger footprint as noted...
