Gold interior

The front seats I have for my 65 are in really good shape, but were covered in tan instead of gold to match the rest of the interior. I have been getting can after can of gold vinyl dye and not impressed with the results. I came across a Pontiac site that sold their own brand of dyes and found a color I can deal with. It is M43 for a 65 GTO/LeMans. It is not perfect, but very close. If you have a gold interior and need to spray to match, this is the stuff you need. I plan to do the door panels and dash cap this weekend, if time allows. Thought I would share for others in the gold interior group. :cheers:

Wow, I do like that colour! Are you saying it was optional on '65 Valiants? Maybe not available in Canada because our Valiants were really Darts.

Not sure, but it was on Barracuda's. I'm sure valiants could get it too since it was a barracuda option.
