Good rear main seal recommendations?

Any rear main seals that are better than the others, or ones to avoid? LA 360 engine, edelbrock heads.

Also, any recommendations for head gaskets or intake gaskets are appreciated.

If it's afresh build, use the rope seal. It will never leak. But it's a bear to get in unless the crank's out...

Or take out. God, it took me forever to wrestle that thing out. I just put in the rubber one that came with my Fel-Pro engine set.

I used the one in the felpro package about 8 years ago and it works fine with regular oil. I get a little, and I mean little seepage with synthetic oil (Mobil One)

lol... I recognize the goodness of a hard to remove seal... They will never seap. Ever....lol.
