yep 1500 cc mg engine. gotta love CA. dec. and no snow. the palm trees are nice. we moved here from a condo, so i love having all the trees around.

Cool little cars. When i was in Jr High school, a guy down the street had a Nash, dont rememebr what kind, but it was the big 4 ddr. The kind that looked like it had fender skirts on all 4 wheel, but it was the body, I think they had outboard fram rails.

Its body was complete surface rust. it sat for a long time there, it ran though, as it was pointed different ways each day. I never talked to the guy before but a saw various muscle cars at his house.

It was gone for a month or so, and appeared again, this time with shiny new rims, same boday rust and original interior, and a couple of shiny new exahust pipes.

One day, i went by and heard it running, stopped and talked to they guy, He had put a 440 in there. Nice.

hey guys, i got some video of the metropolitan running. i was having a problem getting spark. turned out the new points i got were grounding out, and endergizing the distibutor housing. so i threw the old points back in and it fired right up. hopefully the brakes will all check out and we can take this thing for a spin.
