After 100+ years of the automobile, there are people with driver's licenses that can't operate a car properly. What makes a person think they can operate a flying car? At least being a pilot, they have experience with a certified instructor and have to pass a pretty rigorous test to get to fly solo. I wonder if thr people with a flying car are obligated to get a pilot's license. I would hope so.
