It ain't much, but it's what we got. lol

Got our garden started for the year. Did the buckets a little different this time and used beefsteak maters instead of better boys. Those better boys just didn't produce. Maybe we'll have better luck. Also got some red bell peppers and some sweet peppers too.

:thumbsup: Have you ever tried doing maters in one of those "Topsy turvy" planter things? You cut a hole in the bottom of a bucket, plant the mater plant upside down and hang the bucket up by the handle. A guy at work did it and swore by it. I think he was just too lazy to bend over to pick the maters!

We tried one years ago and they all died. lol
 

My wife has three tomato plants in 5 gallon buckets.
Bumper crops for two years.
Always has at least 25 gumball sized tomatoes.

I don't like tomatoes unless they can't be recognized as ever having been a tomato (ketchup, tomato sauce or paste), so they're all hers.

She also has lettuce and radishes.

Keeps trying broccoli and cauliflower, but they always seem to fail.
