What sort of problem are you having?

Dave, did you take out the floating key in the 3rd member? It's the piece that the axles butt up against in order for you to adjust when you are running non-green type bearings. I am just taking a stab that your problem is that the axles won't go all the way in.

Thanks For The Replys. According To One Of The Parts Venders. You Have To Pull Out The Spacers. And The Inner Seals. I Wish They Would Put Some Of This On A Sheet. Thanks . Dave

You don't have to pull the inner seals. In fact, leaving them in adds a little extra insurance against leaks (even though the greens are sealed). You do have to remove the thrust button in the chunk.

thanks guys. had to pull inner seal. they hit retainers. filled her up wait a day look for leaks/ Dave

Yup, see attachment, about half way through the article shows picture of axle thrust buttons in a 8 3/4" with clutch sure grip.
