GTS Door Panels/Emblems

My original door panels are in pretty good shape. Peeling back a little at the top edge that will go under the trim. Thinking of warming it, massaging it out and re-gluing it.

If I can't make that work, is there any safe way to remove the original GTS emblems and transfer them to a new Pearl White door panel? They appear to be riveted in or just mushroomed with some type of press.

I need to do the same thing with my emblems. Following to see what others have done.

Yes they are "mushroomed" on and you need to grind the tip then glue them back on. But the only issue is slamming the door shut, they may come off! I had a friend drill and tap them with a very tiny tap set and put a screw with a large washer on the back...

I'm guessing 1968 GTS ? You state in the door panels/door cards. I have some that I can post pics of and I believe if you're gentle and patient they can be removed and re installed. Hopefully by tomorrow I can post.
